The hotel is excellently located right in the heart of the town, just a stone's throw from the famous thermal baths and the beautiful Kurgarten. the interior of the hotel is lovely, boasting a charming old-world charm that guests will surely appreciate. the room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely little balcony to enjoy.

Really lovely hotel, very clean, comfortable, and good value in an excellent location in the middle of the spa town. The town does not have much tourist information in english - quite refreshing but take a guide book if you can't read German. Spa town was very lovely and so so quite.

The breakfast offered a variety of options and the staff was friendly. The rooms had a cozy and rustic feel to them, which made the holiday atmosphere even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was ideal as it was close to shops and restaurants, making it easy to find good food and gift shops during the holiday season.
The hotel's car park was under renovation during the holidays which meant that guests had to park their cars farther away from the hotel than usual, making it difficult to carry their gifts and luggage. , the lobby was not very festive and did not have any Christmas decoration, which was a bit disappointing.

We loved staying at this hotel in the heart of this beautiful town. Everything was spotlessly clean, the staff was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. We especially appreciated the quiet location on a street just steps away from the Kurgarten.
Nothing it was perfect.

Spent the New Year's Eve in a charming hotel at the heart of a lovely town. the apartment was spacious and clean with a well-equipped kitchen. the location was perfect, just a short stroll from the famous mineral water and healthcare center. the staff was very helpful and friendly, going out of their way to accommodate our needs. It was great to be able to reach them through an emergency number, even when the reception was closed.
