The hotel is excellently located right in the heart of the town, just a stone's throw from the famous thermal baths and the beautiful Kurgarten. the interior of the hotel is lovely, boasting a charming old-world charm that guests will surely appreciate. the room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely little balcony to enjoy.

Really lovely hotel, very clean, comfortable, and good value in an excellent location in the middle of the spa town. The town does not have much tourist information in english - quite refreshing but take a guide book if you can't read German. Spa town was very lovely and so so quite.

The location of the hotel was ideal as it was close to shops and restaurants, making it easy to find good food and gift shops during the holiday season.

The hotel's car park was under renovation during the holidays which meant that guests had to park their cars farther away from the hotel than usual, making it difficult to carry their gifts and luggage. , the lobby was not very festive and did not have any Christmas decoration, which was a bit disappointing.

It was great to be able to reach them through an emergency number, even when the reception was closed.
